Louise is passionate about delivering innovative solutions to highly contested and complex policy issues. She applies a broad thinking strategic approach to all her projects.
For nearly 15 years, Louise has helped clients solve complex problems, using thorough analysis and sound judgment.
She has led projects in government and not-for-profit sectors including:
- building the evidence base for children and family programs
- capacity building in the community & government sectors in investment management, program logic, evaluation and project management
- review of custodial youth justice systems including wide ranging public consultation and detailed financial analysis of service delivery models
Louise moved to consulting after a decade in Australian Government policy, analysis and project management roles.
Her experience spans the Finance, Climate Change, Environment & Veterans’ Affairs portfolios, both within agencies and in two Ministers’ offices. She has a strong background in the provision of specialist policy and strategic advice on complex issues, based on extensive research, analysis and stakeholder consultation.
